SMEG SERVICE IS PATHETIC.

If you ever thought of buying a SMEG appliance, please think twice. Their after sale service is non est!!! SMEG will not phone you back as promised, they will cut your calls when they have no more lies to tell. SMEG is totally PATHETIC when it comes to service. SD Appliances, who is a contractor for SMEG, is equally pathetic for the same reasons as above. Rather consider an ALBA appliance. Their after sale service is actually existing. NEVER A SMEG APPLIANCE AGAIN!!!
