I need to, this time round, compliment a company, especially Qwin De Wee, for exceptional customer service, and resolving my complaint of a leaking kettle. Even though the warranty has expired, SMEG SA was generous enough to offer me a replacement. This kind of service, and going the extra mile is unheard of these days.
