SMEG - RUST IN WALL OVEN & GAS STOVE

SMEG oven door is rusting..the appliance is 2yrs and i raised the issue when it was first noticed. SMEG sent a technician and advised that the rust is due to the oven beig oil/greasy. How is this possible, when other brand ovens do the same heat process and have oil/grease, that only SMEG Brands rust. I have extended warrantee and although this issue was raised within the warrantee period, that both warratees does not cover this. I was then told tha they can quote to replace and happy to discount me for a repair work. Your appliances are rusting - have they not seen all of these complaints from other SMEG Users.

I also have a gas stove that is brand new and was never connected. Recently we connectted the gas and noticed that the silver panels on the over section of the gas stove is rusty too. This was then raised with the Hirsch Rep we bought the appliances from. This past Friday, SMEG sent a team to replace all the rusty panels. So how come nothing was done with the wall oven that is rusty. I have escalated and waiting feedback. Would love to hear if any other person is experiencing the same.
