SMEG - RIP-OFF and pathetic service support

Beyond diabolical service on sub standard HUGELY overpriced appliances. I have for 3 years been struggling to get any finite conclusion on my house that was built 3 years ago and fitted with Smeg Fridge, Smeg Freezer Smeg Microwave Smeg Oven Smeg Hob Smeg Warming Drawer and Smeg Dryer. The fridge has had to be repaired 3 times. The Freezer has been faulty from installation with a refusal to replace literally from installation. The microwave has had to have the inside replaced due to rust and is once again FULL of rust, the Warming drawer and oven are also both rusting!! I was told it is because we live on the coast !!!!! Then why sell these overpriced poor quality in coastal towns!!! The Fridge and Freezer are both rusting and the Freezer alarm goes off at least 10 times a day!!!!!!!!! We have had to limit our frozen food to virtually nothing as we are constantly throwing away food that has gone off!!!! The help has been beyond pathetic and absolutely no acceptance that the equipment is all faulty and substandard.
