SMEG poor service

SMEG's repair service is appalling, we notified them of a failed fridge door seal in December 24, understanding to some extent that December is a difficult month but its 10th February and there appointed agent in Herm**** have just advised SMEG has supp**** the fridge seals and they will be fitted on 12th February. For a 3 year old high end fridge this is just unacceptable.
