Smeg oven rusting inside and outside

I highly recommend that you don't buy a Smeg oven. They rust! I saw reviews from UK, Melbourne, all over with the same complaint. I'm upset that I didn't see them before we bought one. People all over complain about their ovens rusting and Smeg's "go to" excuse is that we use the wrong chemicals to clean them. Smeg is very expensive but we didn't mind paying for it, because we wanted quality, because buying something that is quality means that you have it for a very long time. We always save so that we can buy quality. Maybe other brands, but definitely not Smeg. They don't even reply to your email. We barely even used the oven due to all the loadshedding because the oven is electrical and now it's so full of rust. I don't want to use it because the rust falls into your food. This morning I noticed that the outside of the oven is starting to rust all over. How is this even possible? We definitely don't use any chemicals where it's starting to rust now. So how do you explain that? This oven is extremely poor quality for the amount that we paid for it. I tell everyone I know and would never consider any other Smeg appliance due to the fact that no one even responds to your email. So many people complains about their ovens rusting and very poor after sales services.
