SMEG oven rust plus pathetic customer service

I bought a SMEG cream oven with 5 plate gas hob 6 years ago. What a hell of a disappointment. The manager is telling me that my warranty period is over. I told him i want a new stove because i paid an arm and a leg for it. He tells me this won't happen i must pay for the replacement of the parts i require. the service agent came to see my stove and advised me that the reason why my *****s are rusting is because the *****s thats holding my oven together is not stainless steel. I told the manager at SMEG that if the *****s are rusted into my oven then surely that rust must have travelled through my oven to other parts where once cannot see. SMEG advised me to keep my oven open after every use...i never has to do this with my defy oven? I will definelty not recommend anyone who is contemplating to buy a SMEG stove. buy it but don't use it. great for display and it's beautiful but useless longterm. I am disghusted with the service SMEG is giving me after they got my money for the stove...plus i bought a SMEG cake mixer aswell....grrr. I AM SO ANGRY!!!!!!! SMEG needs to up their game. I am defintely going to tell people about their units...their mterial is of an inferior quality. They are making hoards of money and *********** their clients with cheap parts. I was given a quote to replace the racks as they have rust on them and also the rubber which is not sealing...and this all after 6 years?????? IM DISGUSTED...SMEG is pathetic and i will never ever buy from them again and i will tell all who i come in contact with..they must avoid buying anything from smeg like the plague. I am waiting on the sevice technician to come out once again and advise if the rust has travelled through my oven. Imagine rusted *****s in one's oven. that rust has probably even gone into my food and we've ingested it... now that makes me angry just thinking about what we've been comsuming for the last few years....oh no!!!!!! SMEG had better get their act together. this is not one....
