Smeg oven overpriced and after sales sucks

I bought a cream Smeg gas oven. I have the oven 7 yrs and we noticed it is starting to rust by the glass. I call Smeg and they say i didnt wipe the glass properly hence the rust. The Technical manager in Cape town is willing to fix it at cost price. R2000 +. After already spending loads of money and THINKING im buying a good stove. He gives me an email add for Regional manager as thats the best he can do from his side. To date Rudolph has just read my mail but not rep****. SMEG is waaaaaay overrated and over priced. Stick to local.
