Smeg oven breaks 4 times in 2.5 years....

We bought a Smeg oven worth R16000 . We had endless problems with it. It has broke 4 times in 2.5 years!!!. About 3 months ago it broke for the second time, they came out to replace the broken part. About 2 weeks ago, it broke again!! Last week Friday they came out to fix it after a week that I had to wait. Again the broken part was replaced. Today as I put the oven on and waited for it to heat up, it just went dead again, the 4th time!! Now I'm sitting with dishes of food that I can't cook!!! Seriously??? And every time I had to wait for a week or more as the parts must all come from Johannesburg..... With small kids and winter it's really difficult to be without a oven. <br> Every time Smeg tells me a different story and tell me they will replace the part but seeing that this happens to much surely I need somebody to help me to get this stove problem resolved. It's like Smeg are ******** for the faulty stove and has no worries about me the client. They don't care nor worry about the situation we as family finds ourselves in now for the fourth time. But you need to pay before you get the stove and a list of promises when they sell the product to you<br> Please help Hallo Peter
