SMEG not worth the premium price

Smeg appliances are not dependable at all. My washer and dryer gave problems within the first 5 years (just after warranty expires) and cost a fortune to repair.

I am now going to rather buy new appliances from other trusted brands. Smeg is not worth the premium. Parts and service is excessively expensive and it doesn't make sense.

Service is non-existent and you have to pay a call-out fee before they even listen to your issue.
