Smeg - NOT happy at all

Im trying to find not only answers but solutions re my Smeg dishwasher and tumble dryer (condenser) but one seems to be able to help. Dishwasher “stains” my cutlery (looks like rust) and all they (Smeg) ask me is what washing product i use - Finish (the product). What’s the use of having a dishwasher if you have to wash cutlery by hand for the last 6months??? My tumble dryer smells like old wet smelly socks!!! Sometimes like a wet dog! Everything gets cleaned after every use. Not using my dryer at all anymore!!! I’ve wasted a lot of money!!! Im not impressed at all. Very unhappy! Both machines are +- 2 and half years old. I have no idea what or who to contact - customer services not very helpful (both CT and JHB). I cannot (and will not) recommend these 2 Smeg appliances at all!!!
