Smeg kettles suck

We purchased a smeg kettle and toaster in 2016. The letters on the kettle are stickers that have been pasted onto the kettle. The letters keep coming off. We have had the kettle in 3 times and smeg chooses to stick the letters back on with super glue. The new kettles have metal 3d letters and are less problematic.
