SMEG KETTLE - NEVER AGAIN!

Getting a SMEG kettle was a dream. After 2 years the dream became a nightmare. Took me 2 months with several emails, phone calls, and courier cost to hear that an R3600 SMEG kettle cannot be fixed and I have to buy a new one. WHAT THE HELL??????? I would never ever recommend anybody to buy a SMEG kettle. Now I have no option but to use it for a flower pot
