Smeg kettle leaking

Bought kettle 18 months ago, it kept leaking. My husband informed me of the 2 year guarantee and I was so relieved. Drove the 60 km back to Checkers were we bought it and the manager at the store exchanged it for another one this morning. But low and behold... it's leaking again. I am very disappointed with Smeg! I want my money back. What an overpriced low quality product!
