Smeg - Kettle

I purchased a kettle, through takealot, after some time, the kettle's paint started to bubble at the top. As it was still under warranty, I returned the kettle, asking for them to replace it. Instead, SMEG, "Repaired" my kettle. When I received the kettle back it WAS IN THE EXACT SAME CONDITION it was in when I sent it. NO REPAIRS have been done. To say I am disappointed is an understatement. This is a High End brand, one does not expect the quality of the product to be so poor, not even to speak of the service received.
