Smeg Kettle

The Wednesday before Easter holidays I took my kettle to Smeg because the spout was broken Nhlanhla helped us they promised to call back they didn't until I called them after two weeks they said they'll call me back I was told to bring the receipt they will give me a new kettle I went to the shop to request another receipt since I misplaced the old one my wife called them this morning only to be told I have to pay 2k for the new kettle I'm not going to pay that they promised me a new kettle and mine it's still under warranty 😡😡 all hell is going to break lose I work hard for my money they will see me!!
