SMEG is Trash = SMEK !

I'm so disappointed with SMEK's blender. I bought I SMEK Blender from @Home Online 2020/07/31 - the machine broke after 3 months - I went to @Home Wonderboom Junction and they informed me to go to another branch as they don't have blenders - I asked could it be sent in for repairs. They agreed and after more than a month - A MONTH - I got the SMEK Blender back - used it once and it broke again exactly the same way. I think SMEK used second hand parts. Then I went to @Home Kollonade to exchange the blender for a working blender. They refused - the Manager Pinky refused to assist me with a new blender and said it must go in for repairs AGAIN even if it was sent before. She said it will always go in for repairs - SMEK don't exchange their products - if it breaks you are stuck with the machine and you keep on sending it in for repairs - over & over & over & over & over & over & over & over & over & over & over & over & over & over & over & over & over & over & over & over & over & over & over & over & over & over & over & over. Until the 2 Years Guarantee/Warrantee expires. This machine cost ZAR4199.00 !!!!! I thought SMEK is such a great quality product ! It's not !!! I was so upset it made me cry !!!! I'm extremely disappointed in @Home's Employees as they have no idea what is customer services !!! I should have bought a cheaper blender from Clicks as their machines last years & years & years !!! SMEK is a terrible brand and I won't recommend your appliances to anyone! I hate this SMEK Blender !!!! ZAR4199.00 down the drain !!!!
