Smeg has poor quality product!

The Smeg Hob I bought in Nov 2021, that has the same continual fault. Smeg after sales replaced parts in the brand new hob twice and now the hob has stopped working again. I'm so livid, I've bought the product at a premium only for the hob to not work.
