Smeg gas stove woes

We bought a Smeg Gas Stove 5 yrs ago and was very disappointed with their product and service .The first instance the outer glass shattered on its own .We waited weeks to have it repaired..Then we struggled to get proper contact recently to repair the Smeg dooor hinge .Another shock...one side hinge was faulty...but we had to buy two hinges instead of one.....We had to pay R1200...including call out fee...*******.
