SMEG gas stove electric oven Cast Iron probably a generic

Purchased a SMEG gas stove and electric oven. After using it about 2 weeks the cast iron is coming off. SMEG only says it is the way pots are rubbing on it .... seriously !!! what is it going to look like in 5 months time. I will appreciate them to just replace cast iron ... or I will go back for a full refund and Purchase another brand. I asked on Facebook and got about 5 comments that were not positive - and guess what .... SMEG deleted them,,, very unprofesional - paying so much for this product I was so excited ... now I am very disapointed
