SMEG functions worse than a much cheaper brand!

We purchased a SMEG oven, gas stove and microwave .I have been using it for under a year. Disappointing!!!! The buttons keep falling off, the oven cannot cook/brown more than one item at a time and the microwave tray (glass/thick plastic) cracked after a few uses. It is also not user friendly. If I could, I would return it and buy a cheaper more functional oven, microwave and gas stove.
