SMEG fridge disasterous

My SMEG fridge has been a disaster - been replaced once and now waiting for the replacement to be repaired for the third time. Please. I can't do this anymore. I want this appliance out my house, I want my money back, I want the opportunity to buy something that will give me the service I require.
