Smeg don’t carry repair parts

I have had two major issues, one with my microwave and one with my fridge. Both times it was the motherboard (controller). In both instances they ‘don’t carry stock’ and have to order from Italy. Any business that doesn’t carry basic parts, shouldn’t be supported.
