SMEG dishwasher

We have a SMEG dishwasher. the repair technician has been to our house 4 times for the same reason: bent door hinge. Caused by a base plate that is not stable. It still has a problem with the base plate and i have contacted smeg direct and requested management assistance. No response. The hinge will get bent again and i will not be held responsible. SMEG need to come and resolve this matter immediately.
