Smeg chrome range only gives 'mirror finish' for 2 months after that you will regret buying it!!

I have had the Smeg chrome kettle since October/November 2019 and I 9nly got to enjoy its clean Ness for 2 months at most... Since then I have been trying every cleaning trick to get this kettle to have that mirror finish with no success... I am now sitting with an expensive beauty that has lost its spark and every time I walk into my kitchen i regret buying this kettle. I have gone through reviews about this specific range and from the reviews every one is having the same problem as I am having and it makes me wonder if this chrome range was even suppose to make it to shop shelves?
