SMEG Bad Quality and Service

Two months ago I bought a oven, extractor fan and a Fridge from Smeg. The oven was damaged and had to be returned. The extractor fan was not working and had to be returned the Fridge has got several damages and need to be replace. When the new fridge arrived they send the wrong fridge!!!!! Not once did anybody from SMeg phoned or send an e mail to apologise for the inconvenience. Yesterday I had to rush back home to unpack the fridge after they suddenly phoned from the gate to say they are delivering the new fridge (after they promised to let us know when the fridge will be delivered to give us time to unpack and defrost. It was a mission to get the new fridge in the home and move the other fridge just to discover after an hour and a half of struggling that they delivered the wrong fridge! Everything had to be moved and repacked to be send back to SMEG. SMEG is suppose to be the best quality appliances!!!!!! I only had problems and absolutely no after service. It is not acceptable!!!!
