Smeg bad quality

Our bean to cup machine that cost R14000 was leaking and we complained about the buttons pictures that are gping off after 6 months of use.....send it in through yuppie chef only to get it back with buttons still missing pictures....I dont want a machine that last for 6 months at this price thank you. I want my money back
