Smeg appliances overpriced and poor quality

Worst product ever, overpriced and poor quality. Our washing machine we bought from HIRSCH appliances in Silverslakes Pretoria is now broken for the 5th time. SMEG is refusing to replace the machine - terrible after-service. Tumble dryer also had to be repaired soon after it was bought. I will NEVER again buy any SMEG appliance
