Smeg appliances Non Delivery!!

We bought a top of the range built in Smeg Coffee machine from Smeg Cape Town, high end price but lower than low end service! Been waiting 12 weeks with no communication( only if you contact them) and incessant excuses! Still no outcome. Please don't consider this company, you'll be faced with poor after service delivery and unprofessionalism!
