I returned my smeg kettle which broke a handle, I found it so strange for a handle to brake so took it to them to fix after fixing my kettle came back leaking took it back again to report to leakage on it and was told that it can not be fixed and its either I pay R2000 to get a new kettle.

I'm really disappointed with smeg appliances and how smeg treated me when they actually made my kettle to leak. Smeg appliances are so expensive yet very common not quality.
