SMEG 4 SLICE TOASTER BOUGHT FROM INCREDIBLE CONNECTION ONLINE

Bought a SMEG 4slice toaster from Incredible Connection on line…from the outset when the toast pops it shoots out from the toaster and lands on the floor…after two weeks every time we used the toaster it tripped the mains…I took it back to incredible connection…they refused to replace …insisted they will repair…toaster came back still doing exactly the same thing…I paid a lot of money for this 4 slice toaster …very disappointing product …very disappointing service from Incredible connection…Liberty Mall…PM BURG
