Scratch on Smeg white Kettle.

I Bought a white smeg kettle about four months ago and we moved house.Unfortunatly it scratched lightly.I spoke to Amanda said nothing can be done she can't assist me.Sad I paid so much money and moved from Samsung.We also recently bought a 4 slice toaster which is still boxed.We planning to buy the Smeg 90cm 6 plate gas burner and a Smeg fridge.But if this is the service for such small appliances I'm wondering how i'm going to be assisted with my large appliances.The only option is I will revert back to Samsung which I never had a problem with.
