Good afternoon 2 weeks ago i called Hirsch complaining of my hob is cracking continously and i was told that Technician will be sent to check it the following day. Bear in mind that the hob was bought in March 2021. The technician called and told me that the appliance is out of warranty i told him it's only 2 months old he said if it's cracking its no longer covered ? without coming to my house and accessing it. He said smeg can come through if i pay 250 call out fee. I was shocked and disappointed. The. The hob is continuously cracking. I don't know what to do i have payed about 5000 for it and it has 3 years warranty. Im very disappointed of this pathetic service and i feel i have been robed by smeg company. They are doing froud to us as customers. How ever im not going to live this i make the world know about this ****.
