Quality of oven and difficulty to get repairs claims

Hi,

I bought a Smeg oven (Gas-Gas) in middle 2020. Since then I have had 4 call outs to have it repaired. Each time, it takes me more than a week to get them to repair the oven. This time, it has taken me more than 2 weeks with still no date when they are going to come repair it. When they sold it to me, they promised 3 days and they will have it repaired. Never happened with me....
