Problem With Smeg Appliances

I purchased a Balwin Property couple of years ago. The property came fitted with Smeg appliances. From the outset, there was a problem with the washing machine and fridge. I reported the problem to the service provider, Mak Appliances, in February 2021. To date, nothing has been done and the problems with the appliances are getting worse. I reported this problem within the warranty period for the appliances. The warranty has since lapsed and Mak Appliances refuses to assist.
