Poor service from the Smeg

Very disappointed with the product we received from smeg, bought a smeg kettle and we had an issue with one of the letter falling out, I regret returning it cause since from then we have been receiving poor products, the first one was leaking when you have boiling water and we had to return two with the same issue, now the one we have has bubble on a paint by the handle. It went out of warranty last year November. Don't know what to do any more. Will have to go back to @Home mall of Africa to return it again.
