Poor Quality high priced junk

SMEG brands are not as premium as you think, its just the price that premium not the quality. I bought a few appliances and the washing machine has had an electric breakdown twice in 2 years on electronics (the control panel), not even the mechanics. Clearly this is a factory issue, but SMEG expects this to be out of my pocket and doesn't compensate for their shoddy quality and I should foot this bill each time the panel goes. Ridiculous. Don't waste your time, buy brands like Samsung/ Whirlpool which are genuine quality products.
