Poor quality and service

I bought Smeg appliances under the impression that being an international, well know brand (and not the cheapest on the makert) that I would be happy with all my new sprakly appliances...... How wrong I was!! I have NEVER been so dissapointed in a range and the services provided by the support staff specifically in the KZN branch! I seem to be repairing appliances on an annual basis which i have never had to do with the likes of Samsung or Defy, and dealing with the KZn repair team is a nightmare. I am now on Day 3 of waiting for my freezer to be fixed. I would suggest anyone looking to buy applinace stay clear of this range!
