Poor customer service - smeg

The service from the Durban office is very poor and unless you, as the client, call repeatedly you will not get feedback on items checked in for quotations etc.

Their 'trade in' policy is intended to fleece you for more money. Their prices are higher than Hirschs and similar stores which is ridiculous.
