PLEASE COME COLLECT YOUR JUNK

I bought your product a front loading washing machine via eBucks in January 2017. They machine was faulty from the beginning with the washing drum inside vibrating violently when using the machine. I have lodged a complain with eBucks and they apparently escalated the matter to the supplier - SMEG SOUTH AFRICA - and I was advised that the supplier will contact me - no contact so far. None whatsoever. It has been 4-5months since I first complain.

Now all I want is someone to come collect the junk as it is using my space and I want to put a better product instead.
