Pathetic smeg washing machine

Smeg doesn't even deserve 1 star!!! The products look good but cannot perform at all!!! I purchased a washing machine and dryer together, the dryer works fine but the washing machine is terrible!! It's like having a nightmare!! The machine will not spin at all, the guys came out to check it and said there's nothing wrong with the machine at all, the next day it doesn't spin again. Is this what we pay for?? I wish I could go back and I'd never buy a smeg appliance again in my whole life!!
