Pathetic Smeg service & repairs. No spare parts

Five month of attempting to get my Smeg dishwasher repaired and with no spares in stock to do so I'm told to wait another three months when factory in Italy will make more of required parts. Was told in February that my machine would be repaired in approx two weeks, so I turned down their offer of a loan unit. Big mistake! Now battling to obtain a loan unit. Absolutely pathetic service and it makes no difference who you speak to. I broadcast this to all folks I know and I will never purchase a smeg product from the current SA distributors again.
