Pathetic smeg dryers

Absolutely appalling service. My smeg dryer is still under a warranty and I needed to have a part replaced. 3 weeks later it’s still not replaced or repaired. We have extreme rain and with school going kids a dryer is essential. The service is pathetic. They are apparently waiting for a part… I didn’t buy smeg dryer to wait indefinitely for it to be repaired, I bought it thinking it’s of high standard and quality - certainly not always giving issues!!! I told the rep to request smeg replace me as I cannot wait indefinitely, but they did not and we stuck without a dryer for the last weeks
