Pathetic service!

I purchased a smeg washing machine about a year ago. Has a 3 year warranty. Washed terrible and leaves oily marks on them. White clothes eventually became a Sandy brown colour. We called a smeg technician in Lenasia and they came to check if how I was operating the machine was correct. Everything I did including the soaps and detergents that I used was fine. They then said they’ll inform the smeg industry about the problem. I’m waiting for 2 months now and they still hadn’t gotten back to me! Thanks for high priced products with 0% service.
