NO AFTER SALES SERVICE

I have been complaining about my Smeg dishwasher for months that it does not wash the dishes. After taking their advice of filling it half full, packing the dishes as specified, checking the filter, doing different cycles etc. the dishes still comes dirty, some more dirtier then it went in. I took photographs of the dishes when the cycle is complete, how dirty they are and sent to them. I have tried all the cycles as suggested by them and nothing helps. The sales rep had the audacity of telling me that my machine is now an entry level which it was 2nd from the top where I purchased 8 months prior. Which tells me that this NOW entry level is okay not to wash the dishes. I have to wash all the dishes by hand, this dishwasher is just for show! The customer service center told me over-filling the powder also causes the dishes not to be cleaned. This is odd since I am using the Finish pod??? As recommended. I have been using a dishwasher for 35 years and this has been the worst buy ever! To make matters worst I have bought all Smeg appliances for my entire house which I now regret namely, Smeg fridge, Smeg freezer side by side, Smeg washing machine, Smeg tumble dryer, Smeg dishwasher, Smeg gas stove, Smeg cooker hood, Smeg cake mixer , kettle, toaster, hand mixer, hand blender, ice-cream maker, and other accessories etc. I have spent over R200k on Smeg appliances and the shocking service or lack thereof is unbelievable. This is the worst after sales company in South Africa. If you planning to buy Smeg please do not make to the same mistake I did I have a 10k dishwasher that does not wash the dishes even a simple thing as a glass comes out dirty. Very very disappointed!
