No after sales service

Smeg dishwasher stopped working within warranty period. Took Smeg over 2 weeks to send part from Jhb to CT and have it installed. First use after repair then gave error message and flooded the floor. Now been over a week and still haven't sent anyone to even look into it and just about impossible to get hold of anyone. I won't be buying Smeg appliances in future - suspect quality and no after sales service
