NO AFTER SALE SERVICE
I wish I had read the Smeg reviews before getting involved with Smeg. PLEASE DO NOT BUY SMEG APPLIANCES. IT IS NOT THE MONEY WORTH. My first complaint about my fridge that freezes all my food was at the beginning of July. After about 6 emails and plenty of telephone calls the technician was here this morning with a very bad attitude. I Have been without a fridge since the beginning of July. This is totally unacceptable. SMEG SA's after-sale service is the worst that I have ever received. THINK BEFORE YOU BUY A SMEG PRODUCT.

10 Oct 2023, 12:38I also phoned Nichelle about my kettle with bubbles. Her response was - "Out of warranty, so please pay R1900 to fix the bubbles. It was better to buy another kettle for much cheaper. Very very poor quality for the price you pay.
