Negligent Tech from Smeg

Couple months ago (Jan/Feb 2019) i have had issues where my Smeg stove refuses to come on showing me flashing H's on all 4 plates, I had a technician come out where he said it was the motherboard which needed to replaced (this is still under warranty), when he came after a few days to put the new motherboard all plates worked resulting after a couple weeks the top big plate has stopped working, that alone is one issue the other issue is a small chip which has resulted in a crack across the SMEG top, this has become an issue for me due to the technicians negligence when i gave them a call i explained to them regarding the issue and said they would send a technician they send the same technician Jonas who repaired it when i explained to him what he has done he laughed about it,took pictures and said he will call me, this is absolutely redundant that i have to pay R3224.14 for the negligence of you guys tech
