Purchase made through Smeg SA official Website for items i purchased. Once i was ready to pay my payment got diverted to a Payment link which was through Payfast. When I called to ask about my order they said im sorry it seems you have been ****med. Just like that my money is gone. Official website! Payfast trusted payment link!

If there is a breach within there systems they should take accountability not say sorry you have been ****med.

Can we trust these two companies?

Are they as reliable as they claim to be?
