LEAST EXPECTED FROM A BRAND LIKE SMEG.

We purchased a glass top stove with additional guarantee. The stove plates stopped working they came out from Hirsch and replaces it shortly after they fixed the plates the entire top shattered...poor workmanship from beginning. they then came out again and replaced it the guy clint bought a sealer from builders that was way too high for the flash fit glass top which we complained about and said that the sides will eventually Crack...as it is not the correct sealer...the side cracked as it was not installed flash...now they send another supplier from linden appliance who at first said that the tops does not get replaced...he was arrogant. He came out and also says that the top will not be replaced. Smeg why tell your customers to take additional cover that was sold to us and not fix a blunder your unprofessional technician started in the first place by poor installation. Smeg using dodgey technicians and their customers sit in limbo not acceptable from this brand. Very disappointed ...I waited 10 years to save for smeg brands and this is the service should have stuck to Bosch.
